We are actively seeking a Captain to perform towing manoeuvres on tugs, manage a crew and ensure vessel maintenance management. He will be required to work in the Port of Kingston, Jamaica.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:
- Operate vessels in accordance with the company's practices and those recognized in the industry.
- Manage a crew and promote the companyâs health and safety program.
- Oversee the implementation of the companyâs maintenance program.
- Ensure sound management of the equipment under his responsibility.
- Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS:
- Master 500 Gross Tonnage, Domestic certificate (minimum requirement)
- Valid medical certificate
- Marine Advanced First Aid training certificate
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Tug Captain
- Experience on a Z-Drive vessel
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Work experience in the Port of Kingston (an asset)
