Über uns
Wir sind ein kleines, agiles SaaS-Team und suchen Unterstützung im Testing-Prozess vor unseren Production-Deployments. Aktuell übernimmt das unser Product Manager – wir möchten diese Aufgabe an eine erfahrene, zuverlässige Person auslagern.
**Umfang: 5 Stunden/Woche, flexibel planbar
**

- Regelmäßiger Rhythmus (z. B. vor jedem Release, ca. [X]x/Woche)

- Vergütung: nach Erfahrung, auf Stundenbasis
Aufgaben
- Manuelles Testen neuer Features und Bugfixes basierend auf Tickets (Jira/Linear/o.ä.) im Status "Testing"
- Regressionstests: sicherstellen, dass durch neue Änderungen keine bestehende Funktionalität kaputt geht
- Überprüfung, ob Akzeptanzkriterien und Bug-Fixes tatsächlich erfüllt sind
- Exploratives Testen: aktiv nach Edge Cases und unerwartetem Verhalten suchen
- Sauberes Dokumentieren von Bugs (Reproduktionsschritte, Screenshots/Videos, Priorität) und Anlegen von Follow-up-Tickets
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Product Manager und den Entwicklern
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im (manuellen) Software-Testing, idealerweise im SaaS-/Web-App-Umfeld
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise als Freelancer:in
- Erfahrung mit Jira (oder vergleichbaren Ticket-Systemen) von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise – du findest Bugs, die andere übersehen
- Grundverständnis von Webtechnologien (APIs, Browser-Devtools, verschiedene Devices/Browser)
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) – auch als Basis für spätere Zusammenarbeit
- Gute Kommunikation auf Deutsch und/oder Englisch
