JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Executive Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB PURPOSE

The Executive Sales – responsible for achieving the annual sales target department wise as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Qualification & Experience

• B. Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile
• B.Sc. Physics / Chemistry Or Graduation in any stream with good industrial sales experience can be consider. Exper
• 2-5 years of industrial Air Compressor sales experience.

Job Location & Nature

Location: All Bihar - Regions

Nature: 100% field role with frequent client visits

Salary & Perks

Salary : Up to Rs. 22,000 Per Month

Note: Probation salary will be vary depending on the experience (If)

Perks: Communication Allowance, Food Allowance, Life Insurance, Travel Allowance, ESIC, Provident Fund

Probation & Salary Increment: Salary will be up to ₹25,000 per month during the 6-month probation period only. Upon successful completion of probation and based on satisfactory performance, salary will be revised up to ₹25,000 or above per month including perks & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

. To work to over – achieve set target.

·      Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·      Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

·      Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

·      Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

·      Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

·      Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference.

·      Negotiate/close delas and handle complaints or objections.

·      Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

. Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients. 

Skills & Competencies:

·      Proven experience as executive sales or relevant role.

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

·      Hands-on experiences with CRM software.

·      Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

·      Fast learner and passion for sales.

·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
