- Kampagnen-Steuerung: Du planst, baust und steuerst Paid Social Kampagnen über alle Hebel hinweg – Creative, Bidding, Budget und Automation – mit sechsstelligen Budgets.
- Full-Funnel-Strategie: Du baust die Architektur, nicht nur die Kampagnen. Du denkst den Funnel von oben bis unten und allokierst Budgets dorthin, wo sie den größten Effekt haben.
- Attribution & Inkrementalität: Du arbeitest mit unseren Tools als cross-channel Attribution Layer, verstehst den Unterschied zwischen ROAS und POAS – und triffst Budgetentscheidungen entsprechend.
- Data & Analytics: Du analysierst Performance-Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Testing & Skalierung: Du verantwortest A/B-Tests und Skalierungs-Strategien, um Creatives messbar zu verbessern.
- Creative-Sparring: Du gibst datenbasiertes Feedback an unseren Creative Strategist – was performt, was nicht, und warum. Dazu briefst du Design- und Content-Teams sowie externe Agenturen.
- Tracking & Datenqualität: Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung für unser Tracking-Setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4), die Produktfeeds und die Qualitätssicherung der Daten.
Qualifikation
Must-have:
- Mindestens 5-6 Jahre Erfahrung im Paid Social, primär mit Meta Ads
- Du liebst Zahlen und hast eine analytische, strukturierte Denkweise
- Du hast Spaß an datengetriebenem Arbeiten und kontinuierlicher Optimierung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und ein echter Teamplayer
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
Nice-to-have:
- Verständnis von Direct-Response-Marketing
- Erfahrung mit Tracking- und Attributionstools (z. B. GA4, Admetrics)
- Lust, deine Paid-Social-Skills bei uns weiter auszubauen
