- Hands-on test automation expertise with Selenium (POM), C#, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Experience in cloud-native applications and microservice architectures
- Solid grasp of modern QE methodologies including shift-left testing and automation-first approaches
- Proven ability to mentor QA teams and drive quality practices in Agile, distributed environments
- Fluency in English (B2 level or above)
- Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week in Lisbon)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
- Azure DevOps experience (preferred for CI/CD pipelines)
