Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and edit blog content, including editorial topics aligned with SEO strategy and the marketing funnel.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization, ensuring content is discovered organically by the target audience.
- Create and manage email marketing flows, including lead nurturing and institutional communications.
- Develop market educational content with the Customer Success and Sales teams, turning Wati as a Thought Leadership & Brand Educator.
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion, aligned with acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor content performance (organic traffic, rankings, engagement) and adjust strategy based on data.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure message and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS or martech.
- Spanish & Portuguese speaker (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience in content creation, copywriting, and on-page SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with building landing pages (LP builder / CMS tools).
- Analytical mindset and ability to connect content production to business metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or martech.
- Knowledge of the WhatsApp automation / conversational AI market.
- Experience producing content for multiple Latin American markets (ES-LATAM and PT-BR).
- Fluency in Portuguese.
