Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accuracy in customer and vendor accounts. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies, updating financial records, and maintaining organized documentation. The role also involves monitoring payment status, following up on outstanding bills, and supporting finance and accounting teams with reports and reconciliations. The Billing Executive is expected to adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to efficient, reliable billing operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge, particularly in billing, accounts receivable, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and familiarity with billing or ERP software.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle high volumes of transactions.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field; prior experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG distribution billing is an advantage.
