Unser Basecamp liegt nahe dem Isartor in München. Die Stelle ist hybrid und remote deutschlandweit besetzbar.
Aufgaben
Social Media & Community Marketing
Du entwickelst Social-Media- und Community-Marketing-Strategien für unsere Kunden aus Sport, Outdoor und Tourismus sowie für unsere eigenen Kommunikationskanäle rund um nanacom, OUTTA und The Female Explorer.
Creator Relations & Kooperationen
Du baust Beziehungen zu Creator:innen, Multiplikator:innen und Communities auf, entwickelst passende Kooperationsansätze und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der Idee bis zur Auswertung.
Projektmanagement & Kampagnensteuerung
Du steuerst Projekte und Kampagnen eigenständig, koordinierst Timings, Abstimmungen und Budgets und sorgst dafür, dass Ideen strukturiert, kreativ und zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.
Content, Trends & Storytelling
Du erkennst relevante Themen, Trends und Plattformdynamiken, übersetzt sie in starke Kommunikationsideen und entwickelst Formate, die Zielgruppen aktivieren und Marken sichtbar machen.
Monitoring, Reporting & Weiterentwicklung
Du analysierst die Performance von Kampagnen, Social-Media-Aktivitäten und Kooperationen, leitest Learnings ab und entwickelst unsere Kommunikationsmaßnahmen kontinuierlich weiter.
Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen, Analyse-Tools und Reporting-KPIs
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Netzwerken und Partnerschaften mit Creator:innen, Communities oder Markenpartnern
- Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in relevanten Sport-, Outdoor- oder Lifestyle-Communities ist ein Plus
- Organisationstalent und Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Projekte gleichzeitig, inklusive Budget-, Zeit- und Stakeholdermanagement
- Leidenschaft für Sport, Outdoor, Active Lifestyle oder Tourismus
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Beratungskompetenz
