We are seeking a Solutions Engineer for our client.

A revolutionary Israeli-American deep-tech company specializing in AI-based image and video processing is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help expand our customer base through hands-on technical expertise.

Involvement: full-time

As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Be the product expert and trusted advisor that clients can turn to for guidance on maximizing value from SpeedSize technology.
• Gain experience in front-end and back-end development, web optimization, performance best practices, AI/ML, cloud computing, media compression, and CDN.
• Support customers’ technical queries, solve integration issues, and demonstrate the possibilities of the technology.
• Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that will provide value.
• Define new technical requirements for integration and prioritize project timelines.
• Lead all technical-related activities from pre-sale to launch to scale, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all customer requests and issues are handled promptly, working in collaboration with relevant teams (Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing).
• Utilize QA practices to ensure high-quality integrations and solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer
• 3+ years of experience with solution architecture
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React.js
• Clear and effective communication in English — advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Good self-presentation is also essential for upcoming client calls.
• Adaptability and flexibility — the ability to onboard onto a project promptly after accepting it and start delivering results quickly.
