wir sind eine deutschlandweit agierende Unternehmensberatung und unterstützen unsere Kunden, wie Telekom oder Lufthansa interimistisch in Projekten.
Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem IT PMO / Projektmanagement m/w/d (50-100% remote), um unser Team zu vergrößern. Der Fokus liegt auf Governance Themen im Umfeld regulierter Unternehmen.
Unser Arbeitsmodell sieht vor, dass die Leistung im Wesentlichen remote von zuhause erbracht werden kann (50-100% remote) und nur vereinzelt Geschäftsreisen zum Kunden notwendig sind. Es ist keine vor Ort Präsenz am Firmenstandort notwendig und damit auch kein Umzug.

Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung im BAU
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Projektplänen
- Regelmäßiges Management Reporting
- Vorbereiten von Projekt Meetings und Erstellen to do Listen
- Nachfassen des Projektfortschritts
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Projekt Management / IT PMO
- Versiert in der Verwendung von Excel und PPT, MS Project, etc.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten in Konzernstrukturen wünschenswert
- Zertifizierungen wie PMI, Prince2, ITIL und ähnles sind ein Plus
