- Provide strong, hands-on technical leadership to Full Stack engineering teams through:
- Daily architectural guidance during sprint execution and feature implementation.

- Design and structure the software components delivered by the team, ensuring:
- Clean application structure, modularity, and proper separation of concerns.

- Translating product features into concrete, scalable technical specifications for the development team.
- Guide the team in structuring applications prepared for modern containerised environments and orchestration platforms (like Kubernetes), ensuring:
- Stateless, resilient service design and proper error handling.
- Familiarity with fault tolerance and graceful degradation when consuming external dependencies or AI APIs.
- Promotion of maintainable, observable, and testable application patterns.
- Collaboration with platform/DevOps tools to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability.
- Ensure the team's software applications communicate seamlessly with automation and modern workflow environments, focusing on:
- Modern Workflow Automation: Building robust endpoints and integration hooks to connect software applications with n8n or similar backbones.
- AI Feature Integration: Guiding developers on how to integrate LLM applications or multi-agent concepts (LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI) safely into the team's core products.
- Ensuring clean integration boundaries, proper security, and reliable data flows
Main requirements
Full Stack Engineering Leadership:
- Solid hands-on experience in modern Full Stack software engineering, covering backend development, frontend application architectures, and API-first development (REST/GraphQL).
- Proven track record of guiding, mentoring, or acting as a technical reference for other developers.
- Practical experience in software application design, mastering modularity, asynchronous communication, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with or exposure to architecting patterns for modern workflow automation tools, specifically n8n (or similar advanced integration backbones).
- Experience with or exposure to designing and deploying applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- General understanding of AI infrastructure concepts (e.g., prompt chaining, stateful agent loops, or integrating AI components into standard software).
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications leveraging Azure Cloud services.
- Technical capacity to design solutions prepared to run in containerised environments and tools like Kubernetes (or equivalent orchestration/container apps).
